We are a member of the American Association of Nude Recreation and all AANR policies apply.

This is a family friendly nudist resort, where nudity is required & where discrimination by sex, race, color, religious belief or sexual orientation is not permitted or tolerated. .

Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian 21 years or older & supervised at all times. This is especially true for the 10 acre lake, pool and hut tubs as we do not have lifeguards. We ask that no one swims alone in the lake or pool (especially after dark). No diving in the pool.

Single Males: Like many clubs, we reserve the right to limit attendance of single males on any given day to 12 non-ELR members (before anyone can become a member or resident they will be interviewed by the manager or a membership committee member(s)). Single males (non-members) must call ahead 48 hours to reserve a spot (especially on busy weekends – parking is limited to about 100 vehicles). Single male MEMBERS are not subject to the “12” rule.

Cell phone and wrist band policy: The office will put a sticker over your camera lens at check in (YES, members must check in (and out) too – and wear their wristband). If you are spotted with cell phone visible (outside your pocket / bag / etc.) and the sticker is not visible, you will be asked to leave for the remainder of the day (NO DEBATE – NO DISCUSSION – NO TOLERANCE – staff & residents exempted).

Sexual harassment of any kind is strictly forbidden. This includes but not limited to unwanted advances, touching of others or yourself in a sexually suggestive way, staring or watching others that would suggest harassment. You will be removed immediately. When in doubt.. DON’T! Single Men please pay particularly close attention to this rule

A towel is required AT ALL TIMES. Please be sure you have one with you & use it when you sit. If you do not have one, please purchase one from the office.

Day passes are not 24 hours. Day pass departure times are at dusk. (Hours are sometimes extended for special event weekends) Membership has its privileges, to avoid having to leave at dusk, inquire about a membership or overnight stay.

Drug abuse is not permitted. Excessive alcohol consumption or drunkenness that put’s others in harms way will not be tolerated. (Driving in or out of the resort under the influence is not permitted – please notify the office or manager if accommodations or transportation is needed)

Lewd/sexual behavior of any kind in any public area is strictly forbidden. This is not a swingers resort. Sexual behavior & activities are not permitted in public & must be kept within the confines of your room, RV or tent.

Photography of a person or persons without their express permission is strictly forbidden.

Pets are permitted with the exception of Pit Bulls or Pit Bull mixes. Our insurance policy restricts this breed. Your pet must be on a leash at all times & you must clean up all pet waste & dispose of properly. Pets are not allowed in the pool/palapa area, hot tub, clubhouse, office or on the beach. Please do not walk your dogs on the residential side of the road.

Obnoxious/Rude behavior is not allowed.

Personal hygiene must be maintained at all times. A shower with soap & water is required before entry into the pool or hot tub areas.

All posted signs must be obeyed. Please note the speed limit sign throughout the resort as well as the residential vehicles only beyond this point sign. Visitor parking is by the office, near the pool area & lake house.

No lifeguard on duty – swimming & water sports are entered into at your own risk. Boat usage/rentals must comply with the manufactures recommended number of people/lifejacket requirements. Children under the age of 13 must wear a life jacket at all times.

Our septic/lift station system is fragile. Please do not put any feminine products, paper towels or baby wipes through the system. Waste baskets have been provided in each rest room area for your use.

The kitchen is available to guests to use, label any items you put in the refrigerator with your name/date. Please clean up after yourself.

Damage caused to the resort property will be your responsibility & you will be charged for these damages. Theft or damage to personal property could lead to charges, fines and or imprisonment based on State/Federal laws.

Firearms must remain locked at all times in vehicle/RV and may NOT be carried on property. ELNR takes no responsibility for any lost/damaged personal property or possessions. Please watch your items and lock valuable in your car as they are your responsibility & not the Resorts.
